  • Complete our intake request form here

Once we receive your form our intake team will contact you with therapist options based on your preferences and availability!

  • At this time we don’t offer any validated parking; however, apps like SpotHero have often offered the best deals. The closest parking options tend to be found at Grant Park North Garage and other Millennium Park Garages near 30 N Michigan.

Alternatively, we are near all major CTA bus and train routes and accessible by Metra.

  • Therapy sounds weird right? Telling a stranger all your deepest thoughts and feelings?

That’s why in the first session your therapist’s main goal is to get to know you, help you to feel safe, heard, and understood. We move at your pace!

To make things easier we also have some introductory questions to get the ball rolling and to fully understand your goals.

  • Finding the right fit for a therapist is crucial! In fact, studies have shown the fit and connection of a therapeutic relationship is strongly correlated with change (even more so than technique!).

From the start, after completing our intake request form, our intake team will offer you multiple therapist options along with their bios and availability. This empowers you to make a choice based on fit.

If you would like to get more of a feel prior to your first session we encourage you to reach out to any of our therapists for a free 15 minute consultation to see if you align. You can find their contact information on their bio here.

  • In order to reschedule an appointment simply contact your therapist directly to discuss scheduling options - they can assist you from there!

  • Those letters after a therapist’s name are licensing credentials. There are a few major branches of counseling and psychotherapy including Couple and Family Therapy (I.e. LMFT or ALMFT), Counselors (LCPC or LPC), Social Workers (LCSW or LSW), and Psychologists (Psy. D). There are subtle differences between different licenses; however, goodness of fit and training remain paramount. If you would like to learn more about a therapist’s license and training experiences feel free to reach out to our intake team or contact them directly (contact can be found on their bio).
