Whatever you're going through, you don't have to cope alone.

Group therapy can be a powerful source of support as you navigate life's challenges, and all the more so when you can connect with others who have a shared experience. In a group therapy setting, you'll not only receive support from a therapist, but peers who know what you're going through.

From addiction to disordered eating, grief, stress management, parenting, and other topics, our support groups at ECC offer you a chance to find community, belonging, and healthy coping skills for the journey ahead.
