“We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another.”
—Titus Lucretius Carus, The Nature of Things
Personal bio: Through the adversity of life, our relationships are what keep us going. Whether it is a partner, parent, sibling, or child, they are the other wing that keeps us afloat. Carving an hour out for ourselves is difficult, but like all things worth doing, the rewards outweigh the challenges.
I utilize a collaborative-existential, trauma-informed approach to help you achieve your goals. This means we work as a team to tackle issues together. I specialize in suicidal ideation, mood disorders, life transitions, and affair work.
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading and cooking new meals between walks with my wife, kiddo and two corgis.
During our initial session, you can expect…that we will get to know each other, what brought you to therapy and what you desire to get from therapy.
