Personal Bio: Life has led me to many unique, sometimes difficult experiences, and as a result, empathy for the human condition leads my practice. I taught and coached for over two decades, lived and worked in China, Japan, and Russia, and the US, traveled extensively and read voraciously, all to have a better understanding of people. I have a MA in School Counseling, and a MA in English Literature. Outside of my life as a therapist, I am active, love to be outdoors, and spend time with my family and friends.

During our initial sessions, you can expect… Curiosity – some questions and a lot of listening. I want you to be comfortable sharing your story, so I will gain an understanding of the full context which led you to seek a therapeutic relationship.
