Personal bio:
"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step." - Lao Tzu
Every person has lived thousands of experiences, each connected to a million different emotions. I believe you are the expert of your own life—you are the author of your story, and you have the power to shape your life narrative. As your therapist, I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate the various events that life presents.
Change can feel overwhelming, but understanding the systems we live within is a powerful first step. In our work together, we’ll unpack the moving parts of your life and explore how they shape your sense of self and relationships.
Therapy with me is a collaborative and person-centered process. Grounded in an Integrative Systemic framework, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals, drawing from a range of evidence-based models. I invite you to bring your whole, authentic self into our work, where we meet each other as fellow life travelers.
I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. Before pursuing a career in mental health, I was a competitive figure skater representing Thailand at elite international competitions. My multicultural background and lived experiences inform my therapeutic lens, enabling me to attune to each person’s unique context and identity.
Outside the therapy room, I reconnect with myself through figure skating (especially outdoors in winter), cooking, gaming, and puzzles. I enjoy tending to my living spaces and creating content as a way to express my creativity. I also love spending quiet time with my pet rabbit and hamster, Eevee and Pichu.
As a bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in both English and Thai. I see our therapeutic relationship as central to healing, and I am happy to schedule an initial consultation to see if we are a good match. I look forward to getting to know you soon!
During our initial sessions, you can expect to get to know me as I get to know you! We will review the logistics of therapy, address any questions you may have, and discuss your goals to begin building your therapy roadmap together!
