“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change” -Carl Rogers

I believe that we are only able to make changes once we’ve learned to meet ourselves wherever we might be at–and I want to help you build the tools so you can meet yourself.

I am passionate about providing neurodivergent-affirming care to people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism. That means that I want to help you work with your brain, rather than fighting against it–which is an exhausting struggle! We can talk about any number of issues that may also be impacting you: anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, disordered eating, substance use. My goal is to help you figure out what’s important to you and help you move towards those things you value.

I use an eclectic approach that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic experiencing, and dialectic behavior skills. I will hold a compassionate and non-judgmental space while we collaborate to determine what will best serve you.

I am also passionate about providing a safe space for people in the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that it is important to acknowledge how identities may intersect to create unique experinces and challenges.

I also have worked with couples to recover from infidelity and navigate issues related to polyamory. My therapeutic philosophy remains the same–we will meet the relationship where it is at and identify the skills needed to create change and find out how to move through challenges together.

Outside of the therapy room, you might find me at a yoga studio, listening to live music, or spending time with my dog. I also love a good cup of coffee–there’s a good chance you’ll see me drinking some during a session!
