Life gets challenging for everyone. I will accompany you through your healing process and help you in making sense of your existing situation by shedding light on the hidden thinking and relational patterns that are not working for you anymore. I aim to create a nurturing and affirming therapeutic space where you feel safe exploring your feelings and gaining understanding of yourself. I strongly believe in prioritizing the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a genuine connection through compassion and empathy. I am passionate about encouraging and empowering my clients to move forward to where they want to be in life.

As a bilingual Latina mental health professional, my multicultural lenses allow me to connect and be sensitive to issues related to experiences of culture and race, I believe in the importance of recognizing how intersectionality and societal factors impact our well-being.

We all experience life in different ways which is why I tailor my approach to meet each person’s needs. I see therapy as a creative process where we work together to find answers and solutions for creating a life that is more fulfilling and peaceful.

My training and professional experience consists of working in non-profit community based and private practice settings where I developed my skills in treating acute, complex, and intergenerational trauma as well as grief, loss, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, major life transitions, immigration/acculturation challenges, and stress-related to racism and oppression. My clinical approach consists of a relational psychodynamic framework. I use a relationally oriented, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to treat individuals of varied cultural backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, and religions holistically.
